Gone are the days where a film will have everything in a measurement and few characters are there just as ornaments. To be more precise, many Telugu films will have heroines only for the sake of songs and audience are not liking such portrayals now.
For example in the recently released "Inttelligent" movie, we have seen Lavanya Tripathi arriving just in a scene before the song. Whenever she appears, we could easily understand that there is song around in the next 1 minute or so. And the abruptly forced songs and Lavanya's glamour didn't help the film much.
Cut to Bharat Anu Nenu, we hear that this film is also facing similar issues with newcomer heroine Kiara Advani. Reports are coming that this hottie will be seen only in few scenes and whenever she appeared the movie will be going for a song. There are almost four songs on Mahesh and Kiara and not many interesting scenes between them, a source said.
In that case that will be an Inttelligent mistake being committed by director Koratala Siva because during Janata Garage also many felt that heroines are not given prominent roles in that movie. While his leading ladies have literally acted story changers in Mirchi and Srimanthudu, their absence in other films will have the affect on female fans. Let's see what happens.
